Another young ESAEM student is already part of one of the most acclaimed and endearing musicals in history. Cristina Padilla Fargas stars in “Annie” which is touring Spain with Theatre Properties.
He has spent his childhood behind the scenes. At the age of 7 months she first stepped on the boards of a theater, the Garrick Theatre in London, playing Wendy’s sister in the musical Peter Pan (Theatre Properties), a musical that toured Spain, Mexico and London. He has also worked in Jekyll & Hyde (newspaper boy) in Mexico; or The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (Tomasita and Glynda’s assistant) touring Spain. Undoubtedly, her whole life has revolved around the interpretation, not in vain she is the granddaughter of Josep Maria Fargas, who was manager of the Consorci del Teatre Fortuny for 16 years, so she is already part of the third generation of family members dedicated to the theater.
